The SOP said that the medical team of each franchise would have to obtain the medical reports and travel history of all the players and support staff from March 1 this year. (One week before joining teams, twice in 24 hours). This will help reduce the risk of a pre-trip transition to the UAE.
Violation of any quarantine related protocol by the players and team support staff will be punishable under the IPL Code of Conduct. Covid-19 will be quarantined on coming positive in the test. Will be allowed to go to UAE only after completion of 14 days and twice (within 24 hours interval) negative report.
