This is the second incident of drowning in Bhavnagar in a single day.

There was a young tension in the river coming from Ghodapur in Bhadrod river in Mahuva of Bhavnagar. A 30-year-old man from Taredi village drowned while crossing the river on his way to Bhadrod village. The people of Bhadrod village worked hard for two hours to find the 30-year-old man who was stranded in the river. His body was found near Ganga Jalia Mahadev Temple. This is the second incident of drowning in Bhavnagar in a single day.

According to the information received in this regard, there was tension in the high water with Baraiya Dilipbhai Dineshbhai (Rah. Juni Taredi, Ta. Mahuva) who was bathing on the bank of Gangadalia area of ​​Bhadrod river in Mahuva. After which the young man drowned in the water. His body was found by the villagers after a great effort. Crowds of locals rallied when the incident was reported.

The Palyad Devaliya main road coming from Ghodapur to Ghelo river passing near Paliyad Devlia village in Bhal panth has been closed for the last six days. Yet people risked their lives. Then on Wednesday afternoon, both father and son, Kalubhai Ghusabhai Dabhi (age 38) and Kalpeshbhai Kalubhai Dabhi (age 17) of Paliyad village, were riding their motorcycles on this dangerous road and were stranded with their bikes in the rushing water. .

Notably, Bhavnagar received five inches of rain on Wednesday. After Mahuva, Bhavnagar city has received 100 percent rainfall. It received 483 mm of rain on Wednesday.
